About the role
- Lead daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews/demos, and retrospectives
- Promote a positive team environment and maintain healthy team cadence
- Own team’s delivery plans and track improvements in velocity
- Map and manage dependencies across technical teams
- Facilitate design/discovery sessions and communicate status to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical project or program management for software/data/platform teams
- Proven track record running agile teams at scale
- Experience with cloud solutions (preferably AWS)
- Understanding of DevOps/Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Familiarity with APIs/Services and Data Platforms (Redshift, Databricks)
- Deep proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent facilitation, written/verbal communication, and proactive issue-spotting
