About the role
- Lead end-to-end hiring for technical roles
- Drive proactive sourcing using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct structured screening interviews (soft skills + basic tech understanding)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and evaluation criteria
- Prepare candidate briefs, evaluations, and recommendations after interviews
- Own the communication flow: scheduling, follow-ups, feedback, offers
- Align hiring processes with EST time zone and ensure fast turnaround
Requirements
- 2+ years in IT/technical recruitment
- Experience hiring across multiple technical domains
- Strong sourcing background, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-ray search
- Hands-on experience managing 10+ open roles simultaneously
- Skilled in ATS usage
- Ability to run structured interviews and assess candidate communication, seniority, and fit
- Solid understanding of engineering terminology and tech stacks
