About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy focused on enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a world-class sales organization with a focus on performance, accountability, and execution excellence.
  • Establish robust sales processes, forecasting models, and performance metrics to ensure predictable growth.
  • Drive customer acquisition and expansion across priority regions through both direct and partnership channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure alignment between customer needs and product development.
  • Lead negotiations of complex, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
  • Define sales enablement frameworks and go-to-market materials to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Analyze pipeline performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities for optimization and scale.
  • Represent Wand at global conferences, events, and executive-level discussions to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in AI transformation deals or AI technology sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in leading and closing multi million-dollar AI deals with key stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in building scalable sales organizations.
  • Experience in enterprise sales cycles with C-level stakeholders, complex procurement, and long lead times.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales stack tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Data-driven decision-making approach, with ability to translate insights into operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
