Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related area and 2 years' experience in project and program management, operations, marketing, eCommerce, or related area.
  • 4 years' experience in project and program management, operations, marketing, eCommerce, or related area.
  • Proven expertise in program/project management (planning, prioritization, execution, and follow-through).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with reporting and translating strategy into actionable plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation-building skills (slide decks, agendas, leadership prep).
  • Data-driven decision-making and scenario planning.
