About the role
- Lead the creation and execution of graphic artwork for private label apparel brands.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration and oversee project timelines.
- Drive the development of innovative visual concepts through research and trend analysis.
- Provide supervision, training, and mentoring to associates.
- Ensure alignment with brand goals and optimize performance through digital media strategies.
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Graphic Design, or related field and 3 years’ experience in graphics, artwork, design, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in graphics, artwork, design, or related area.
- Proven expertise in graphic design with strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute seasonal graphic concepts aligned with brand strategies.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Strong leadership capabilities including mentoring, training, and performance management of team members.
- Ability to analyze business needs and adjust plans to improve efficiency and achieve objectives.
- Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and fostering a positive team environment.
