About the role
- Define and execute the technology strategy for Global Compliance, Ethics, and Customer Privacy solutions.
- Introduce and integrate Agentic AI and AI Assistance.
- Develop and oversee technology solutions that enhance customer and associate safety and security.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact technology features.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Build strong relationships with various teams to optimize engagement and deliver business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- 9 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- 4 years’ supervisory experience.
- 10 years’ experience in leading technology or solution development
- 8 years’ experience gathering, identifying, defining, and communicating requirements
- 8 years’ experience consulting and advising business partners utilizing detailed analysis
- 5 years' experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
