• Documenting and testing new client implementation projects.
• Formulate and define system set up and requirements through best practice research, fact-finding and templates.
• Support system requirements and user acceptance testing phases in Omni for medium to large scope enhancements and projects.
• Production support for new business going live.
• Develop or modify processes to resolve moderate to complex business issues.
• Analyze, work with, and create data files and file layouts.

• Support Implementation Manager by developing detailed project information.
