About the role
- Creation and maintenance of measurement programs on 3D CMMs (Wenzel CM Software / Mora Inca Software)
- Series measurements for capability analyses
- Incoming goods inspection using CAQ
- Execution of production releases in the manufacturing process according to CAQ
- Measurements for analysis during complaint handling
- Handling of length gauges, surface roughness tester, tensile/compression testing machine, and digital and analog profile projector (optical comparator)
- Experience with CAQ software Böhme & Weihs or Babtec for the creation of inspection and production control plans
- Sample approvals according to PPAP/PPF procedures and requalification testing
Requirements
- Vocational training in a technical field
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance
- Experience in process optimization
- Assertiveness and ability to work independently
- Resilience and ability to work in a team
