About the role

  • Create and evolve products across the corporate mobility user journey.
  • Drive product evolution based on business opportunities and levers.
  • Collaborate with the Product Designer and Tech Lead to understand customers’ problems, pain points, and needs.
  • Run experiments to reduce risk and identify the best solutions (Discovery).
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring delivery of value to users and the business (Delivery).
  • Manage communication and align expectations with stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Coordinate feature launches to keep the company and customers informed of product updates.
  • Work closely with other business areas (CS, Sales, Support, Marketing), acting as the product focal point to collect day-to-day opportunities and issues.

Requirements

  • Degree in a field related to Information Technology.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Understanding of performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives (OKRs).
  • Prior experience managing teams that build digital products.
  • Preferred specialized training in Digital Product Management (TERA, PM3, Product Arena).
  • Preferable knowledge of Design and UI/UX.
  • Preferable experience with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
  • Preferably experience in Product Discovery with high-impact results.
