About the role

  • Provide technical support to our customers and analyze and resolve faults
  • Plan installation/service assignments and manage the commercial and administrative processing
  • Assess emergency repairs, prepare repair quotes and supervise their implementation
  • Provide technical support and training to our OEM and service-base partners
  • Serve as support for the on-call emergency service

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training or qualification as a mechanical engineering technician
  • Desire to work in a motivated and friendly team
  • Independent and systematic working style
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Ideally, experience with proAlpha
  • Good German and English language skills
