• You deputize for the (Flagship) Store Manager and support all operational matters to ensure the proper and smooth running of the store.
• You support employee training and development, including coaching on sales processes and imparting sales techniques.
• You carry out sales activities in the store.
• You assist in developing and implementing measures to increase customer satisfaction and achieve commercial targets.
• You actively participate in developing and executing sales-promoting (local) initiatives in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• You monitor staffing levels, including preparing shift and vacation schedules for final approval by the Store Manager.
• You actively use social media channels in line with the sales strategy.
