About the role

  • You are responsible as a Product Manager at Vodafone Business for your products end-to-end across the entire lifecycle.
  • You work with interdisciplinary national and international teams.
  • You work to create a positive customer experience and support sales in marketing your product.
  • You independently maintain contacts with suppliers and vendors.
  • You conduct market analyses independently, develop corresponding product strategies and initiate product development projects.
  • You coordinate regularly with your fellow product managers and jointly develop a portfolio strategy.
  • You present decision points to management and ensure alignment within the Enterprise Marketing team.
  • You regularly review target metrics to be achieved — sales, revenue and departmental targets — as well as individually agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor them.
  • You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new, complex topics and tasks on short notice and are willing to take on changing business-critical responsibilities.

Requirements

  • A completed degree from a university or university of applied sciences.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, project management and/or similar roles.
  • Experience in Unified Communication and SIP Trunking, and a strong IT affinity.
  • Experience in AI is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as negotiation skills.
  • Strong methodological competence and a structured, numbers-oriented approach.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (C1 CEFR).
