About the role
- Lead consulting engagements focused on Physician Preference Items (PPI) in the cardiovascular space.
- Deliver clinical, financial, operational, and strategic performance improvements for healthcare clients.
- Apply advanced analytics to uncover insights and guide project teams.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior executives.
- Drive sustainable reductions in clinical and cost variation.
- Champion the adoption of Vizient solutions.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- Clinical degree is a plus.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in cardiovascular service line management strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze financial and quality data, develop operational strategies, and drive process improvements.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
