About the role
- Own relationships with enterprise and growth customers—driving adoption, expansion, and long-term retention.
- Guide onboarding and change management across multi-team or global rollouts, ensuring Vizcom integrates seamlessly into existing workflows.
- Partner with design, product, and engineering leaders to identify goals, track outcomes, and build success stories that demonstrate business and creative value.
- Monitor account health and usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Lead renewal and expansion conversations in partnership with Sales, positioning Vizcom as an essential creative infrastructure tool.
- Develop scalable success frameworks—documenting best practices, playbooks, and training programs to accelerate adoption.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for new features, integrations, and experiences that drive creative impact.
- Collaborate with SMB customers who are early in their Vizcom journey, helping them build strong foundations for success.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise Partnerships at a SaaS company—ideally in design, creative tech, or AI.
- Proven success managing and growing enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and business units.
- Strong business acumen—you can connect creative adoption to tangible business outcomes and ROI.
- A strategic yet hands-on mindset: you can design a success plan for a global design org and also jump into onboarding calls when needed.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills—able to engage executives and creatives alike.
- Familiarity with creative software workflows (ex. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Procreate) or design processes is a plus.
- Experience using success tools such as Vitally or Salesforce to manage accounts and track health metrics.
- A deep curiosity for design innovation and a genuine passion for empowering teams through creativity and technology.
