About the role

  • Perform maintenance, support and evolution of applications, ensuring high availability.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents in the production environment, prioritizing critical tickets.
  • Develop fixes and small enhancements using Java and Python, following best practices.
  • Execute queries and adjustments in databases (SQL) to ensure integrity and efficiency.
  • Prepare technical documentation to support and enable future development of solutions.
  • Implement and monitor alerts to anticipate issues and reduce impact.
  • Support metrics management, reporting status according to agile methodology.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Ongoing or completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of Java and Python.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Ability to analyze problems and resolve incidents.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • **Differentials:**
  • Knowledge of version control tools (Git).
  • Experience with continuous integration (CI/CD).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) and AI.
