About the role

  • Design, build, and optimize cross-platform features and solutions with React Native
  • Conceptualize, develop, and iterate on features within the mobile platform quickly
  • Proactively contribute to improving the architecture, performance, and developer experience of the mobile platform and dashboards
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, performant, and scalable mobile applications using React Native
  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Backend, and Business teams
  • Stay on top of emerging mobile technologies and trends
  • Ensure high standards in app store deployment, release management, and post-release monitoring

Requirements

  • Solid experience building cross-platform mobile applications in production environments
  • Experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native is a nice plus
  • Deep understanding of modern mobile application architecture and patterns
  • Knowledge on how to write testable code and confidence in writing unit and integration tests for mobile apps
  • Understanding of app performance bottlenecks and how to optimize for battery, startup time, and responsiveness
  • Desire to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and value collaboration, clarity, and continuous improvement
