Customer Success Manager

• You conduct sales-preparatory conversations with interested buyers (warm leads, no cold calling) and book appointments directly
• You handle incoming inbound calls to ensure telephone availability even during peak seasons
• You inform our customers about upcoming promotions (outbound)
• Through regular customer satisfaction surveys, you contribute significantly to quality assurance
• You respond to written inquiries (e.g., email) with customary friendliness
• In cases of complaints, you assist our customers and explain where they can turn for further help.
