About the role

  • Partner with HR team and business leaders to understand hiring needs and challenges by role and region, and proactively develop sourcing strategies to support the talent acquisition process.
  • Plan sourcing strategy according to market demand using all available resources including databases, job boards, internet searches and referral campaigns.
  • Post and update internal and external job postings according to high priority positions.
  • Facilitate the hiring process, which includes evaluating candidate resumes against position requirements, interviewing and screening candidates, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
  • Communicate timely updates and manage expectations with Hiring Managers, HR team members and other key stakeholders.
  • Support virtual or external recruiting events
  • Recruit passive candidates through captivating job posts on multiple platforms and manual searches.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
  • Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate for the hiring process.
  • Interact with potential candidates via recruiting platforms and professional networks.
  • Track metrics, constantly evaluating success and revising plans as needed.
  • Adhere to federal and state laws and VIP's business policies and Code of Conduct.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years recruiting experience in healthcare required
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or Accounting preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques
  • Excellent project management, organization, and time-management skills
  • Highly self-motivated, with a desire to learn and advance
  • Strong influencer with ability to effectively communicate and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS).
