About the role
- Sales & Business Development
- Preparation of compelling proposals and negotiation of attractive sales contracts
- Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key purchasing decision-makers
- Independently executing business development activities to expand our market share
- Strengthening partnerships with customers and business partners across the region
- Strategic planning & market analysis
- Designing and implementing targeted sales and marketing plans for your sales territory
- Analyzing market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Identifying growth opportunities and developing tactical approaches to realize them
- Representing the company at trade shows and industry events
- Organizing and executing regional marketing initiatives
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Meeting contribution margin targets
- Fulfilling growth and expansion objectives
Requirements
- Completed technical training or equivalent qualification
- At least 5–7 years of proven professional experience in sales, marketing and business development
- Technical expertise with a strong application-oriented understanding
- Experience with sensor and/or weighing technology is an advantage
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Patience combined with assertiveness in negotiations
