  • Sales & Business Development
  • Preparation of compelling proposals and negotiation of attractive sales contracts
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key procurement decision-makers
  • Independently carry out business development initiatives to expand our market share

Requirements

  • Completed technical education or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5–7 years of proven experience in sales, marketing and business development
  • Technical expertise with strong application knowledge
  • Experience with sensor and/or weighing technology is a plus
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Patience combined with assertiveness in negotiations
