About the role
- Handle inbound calls from leads generated through legal outreach campaigns (web, email, SMS).
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to re-engage unconverted leads or confirm scheduled appointments.
- Guide callers through a structured eligibility script and accurately capture responses.
- Schedule qualified claimants with the appropriate legal professionals using the designated platform.
- Record and update call outcomes, dispositions, and detailed notes in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with call-handling protocols, data privacy, and confidentiality standards.
- Consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality KPIs (e.g., maintaining an Average Handle Time under 15 minutes).
- Escalate complex or non-routine calls in accordance with defined procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, appointment setting, or customer service role.
- Strong background in both inbound and outbound call handling (preferred).
- Familiarity with insurance, legal, or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling platforms.
- Ability to follow structured scripts and accurately capture responses.
- Experience meeting productivity and quality KPIs (e.g., maintain an Average Handle Time under 15 minutes).
