About the role
- Partner with stakeholders to conduct needs assessments, identify performance gaps, and define measurable learning objectives.
- Act as dedicated advocate for learners, ensuring learner needs guide design decisions.
- Transform complex technical information into interactive e-learning, video, and written guides.
- Manage full development cycle for instructional materials from storyboarding and scripting to final production.
- Maintain and update existing content to ensure relevance and alignment with business needs.
- Own the entire project lifecycle for learning initiatives and manage timelines to meet deadlines.
- Build collaborative relationships with Support Product Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing engaging content across e-learning, virtual, and in-person formats.
- Deep understanding of adult learning theories (e.g., Andragogy, ADDIE, SAM).
- Proven ability to identify knowledge or skill gaps through stakeholder engagement and learner analysis.
- Expertise in crafting clear, measurable, and actionable learning objectives.
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical content into learner-friendly solutions.
- Proactive, creative, and agile mindset with willingness to challenge traditional methods.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Experience managing the full development cycle: storyboarding, scripting, and production.
- Experience maintaining and updating instructional content to align with evolving business needs.
