About the role

  • Contribute to the development and operational implementation of the trade marketing (retail) strategy for the company's brands
  • Responsible for developing, planning and implementing regional and customer-specific promotions and sales activation measures at the POS
  • Create compelling sales materials in collaboration with product management and sales, as well as with agencies and service providers
  • Adapt existing advertising materials and develop new suitable POS materials
  • Handle customer-specific requests from the POS team
  • Support coordination of regional marketing activities
  • Monitor the market and analyze market and competitor data

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • 1–2 years' experience in marketing, trade marketing or sales in the consumer goods industry
  • Some experience coordinating agencies
  • Enjoys creative tasks
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a strategic approach
  • Results-oriented working style and the ability to present complex issues clearly
  • Team player with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Committed personality with a goal-oriented, careful and efficient working style and a strong hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, organisational talent and ability to work under pressure
  • Quick learner with a willingness to learn
  • Proficient in common IT applications
