About the role
- Contribute to the development and operational implementation of the trade marketing (retail) strategy for the company's brands
- Responsible for developing, planning and implementing regional and customer-specific promotions and sales activation measures at the POS
- Create compelling sales materials in collaboration with product management and sales, as well as with agencies and service providers
- Adapt existing advertising materials and develop new suitable POS materials
- Handle customer-specific requests from the POS team
- Support coordination of regional marketing activities
- Monitor the market and analyze market and competitor data
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- 1–2 years' experience in marketing, trade marketing or sales in the consumer goods industry
- Some experience coordinating agencies
- Enjoys creative tasks
- Strong analytical skills combined with a strategic approach
- Results-oriented working style and the ability to present complex issues clearly
- Team player with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Committed personality with a goal-oriented, careful and efficient working style and a strong hands-on mentality
- Strong communication and presentation skills, organisational talent and ability to work under pressure
- Quick learner with a willingness to learn
- Proficient in common IT applications
