About the role

  • Integrate distributors into the channel's operating model;
  • Raise the performance level of the channel's sales representatives in order to improve execution and align service station teams with the lubricants operation;
  • Provide focus and visibility to the channel's main volume drivers;
  • Improve the standards and execution of service stations through distributor engagement;
  • Connect Distributors to DCVIM to drive greater synergy between the commercial team and DA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Experience in the fuels and lubricants sector is a plus;
  • Experience with retail offerings;
  • Availability to travel and accompany routes with authorized distributors;
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize, and self-management.
