About the role
- Integrate distributors into the channel's operating model;
- Raise the performance level of the channel's sales representatives in order to improve execution and align service station teams with the lubricants operation;
- Provide focus and visibility to the channel's main volume drivers;
- Improve the standards and execution of service stations through distributor engagement;
- Connect Distributors to DCVIM to drive greater synergy between the commercial team and DA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Experience in the fuels and lubricants sector is a plus;
- Experience with retail offerings;
- Availability to travel and accompany routes with authorized distributors;
- Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize, and self-management.
