About the role

  • Planning, implementation and supervision of technical projects from conception to completion.
  • Leading and motivating technical teams such as engineers, technicians and experienced specialists.
  • Inspecting products and services and ensuring compliance with technical standards.
  • Developing and implementing technical strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Deployment of personnel and materials as well as procurement and disposal of work equipment.

Requirements

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering or Power/Energy Engineering.
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally as a Senior Project Manager, Project Leader or in a comparable role.
  • Proven leadership experience, for example as a Team Lead or Department Manager, including budget and personnel responsibility.
  • Independent and structured working style as well as strong teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel for projects and a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent written and spoken German.
