About the role
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Cority software to meet Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) needs.
- Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and develop minimum viable products (MVPs) for the Industrial Hygiene and Mobile Application modules of Cority GX2.
- Design and develop Cority GX2 functionality while ensuring high-quality code and performance.
- Work alongside and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Scrum teams to estimate and deliver features.
- Perform design and code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and manage resolution.
- Implement DevOps pipelines in cloud environments using modern tools like GitHub.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- 7–10 years of experience configuring EHS&S software solutions, preferably Cority.
- Proven experience leading architecture and configuration of Cority GX2 modules.
- Strong background in Low Code No Code (LCNC) platforms such as Salesforce, Pega, Appian, or Microsoft.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations.
- Agile development and product delivery expertise.
- Strong object-oriented design, system integration, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to obtain a government clearance.
