• Strategically manage the BladderScan business in assigned territory to promote product line.
• Execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the TAM segmentation and analysis.
• Generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding customer needs, building rapport, and delivering presentations and creative solutions.
• Manage relationships with key customer stakeholders including Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
• Generate high volume of sales activity: in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, presentations, and negotiations.
• Forecast business potential and ensure sales pipeline supports monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Learn industry and market information, engage in strategic business planning, and provide accurate sales reporting to leadership.
