About the role
- Act as the primary internal contact for all laser-related queries across Service and the wider business.
- Provide accurate, efficient, and high-quality technical assistance to customers via phone and email.
- Upskill and support the technical support team on laser technology.
- Work closely with the engineering scheduler to allocate service engineers to off-site jobs.
- Maintain consistent, detailed logs and records of customer enquiries and service activities.
Requirements
