About the role

  • Reporting into the VP of Product, Marketing, and Sales
  • Directly manage quota-carrying sellers and channel sales managers
  • Focus on building a customer-centric sales culture
  • Driving funnel discipline, coaching sellers to peak performance
  • Ensuring distributor partnerships are managed with excellence
  • Act as the link between Sales, Marketing, and Product

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
  • 7-12+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including 3–5+ years in frontline leadership of global or multi-regional teams
  • Proven success managing both direct sellers and distributor/channel sales models.
  • Track record as a strategic sales leader skilled in data-driven decision-making and change management, including the ability to coach for consistent execution
  • Expertise in pipeline discipline, forecasting, funnel hygiene, account planning, and territory management
  • Hands-on experience with modern sales enablement platforms regularly (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
