About the role
- Reporting into the VP of Product, Marketing, and Sales
- Directly manage quota-carrying sellers and channel sales managers
- Focus on building a customer-centric sales culture
- Driving funnel discipline, coaching sellers to peak performance
- Ensuring distributor partnerships are managed with excellence
- Act as the link between Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Establish a consistent global sales rhythm
- Travel up to 50% as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
- 7-12+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including 3–5+ years in frontline leadership of global or multi-regional teams
- Proven success managing both direct sellers and distributor/channel sales models.
- Track record as a strategic sales leader skilled in data-driven decision-making and change management, including the ability to coach for consistent execution
- Expertise in pipeline discipline, forecasting, funnel hygiene, account planning, and territory management
- Hands-on experience with modern sales enablement platforms regularly (e.g., Salesforce)
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
