Technical Product Manager

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the EHR interconnect service, prioritizing features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, clinical, and sales, to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and ensure alignment with Veracyte’s diagnostics ecosystem.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for enhancing interoperability.
• Oversee the integration of healthcare standards and protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements like HIPAA.
• Design and implement product features that leverage FHIR for efficient data exchange between Veracyte’s diagnostics products and external EHR systems.
• Support the development and refinement of product strategy and policies.
• Mentor junior product team members and foster collaboration across disciplines to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
