Requirements
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience.
- Training or experience in eliciting user stories and requirements gathering.
- Leadership skills applied to user story elicitation and requirements gathering for Business Intelligence solutions.
- Requirements documentation.
- Application of methodologies and best practices in requirements elicitation.
- Functional and technical analysis of requirements.
- Ability to perform high-level design of solutions that meet the specified requirements.
- Attention to detail.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Reading and writing proficiency in English.
- Always willing to help team members and share knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate software ideas and designs.
- Strong results orientation.
- Strong desire for continuous learning.
- Self-taught.
- Strong research and development skills.
