About the role

  • Serve as the FP&A lead for EPM system implementation, including project management, solution architecture, administration, and model building.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional business leaders and finance team members to understand requirements and translate them into scalable EPM models and processes.
  • Manage relationships with third-party implementation partners from initial deployment through post-launch phases to ensure solution quality and alignment with business needs.
  • Oversee the ongoing enhancement and expansion of EPM solutions to support new and evolving use cases across the organization.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models and workflows within Anaplan or Pigment to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and scenario analysis.
  • Provide day-to-day EPM system administration, including user access management, data integration oversight, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and deliver system training, documentation, and best practices to drive user adoption and maximize business value.
  • Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to ensure successful integration of EPM tools with other enterprise systems.
  • Stay current on EPM technology trends and best practices to continuously optimize our planning and performance management capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 3+ years directly implementing, managing, and building models in Anaplan, Pigment, or similar modern EPM platforms.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end EPM implementations, including direct collaboration with third-party implementation partners.
  • Strong project management, solution architecture, and financial modeling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in EPM systems (Anaplan or Pigment required), Excel, and data integration concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills; able to influence and educate stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with process improvement, change management, and driving user adoption of new technology preferred.
