About the role
- Act as a trusted advisor and finance business partner to the COO and direct reports (CIO, CISO, Head of Procurement, Head of Facilities, Sales & Marketing Operations leaders, and Strategic Initiative leaders).
- Develop deep understanding of operating strategies, business initiatives, cost drivers, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all supporting functions.
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for supported functions.
- Provide in-depth analysis of operational spending, headcount/resource allocation, and project investments.
- Identify risks and opportunities, proactively recommending actions to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Develop and deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews, management reports, dashboards, and presentations to executive leadership.
- Track and report on key metrics and performance against plan, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Support business cases, investment analysis, and ROI assessments for transformation initiatives, technology investments, facilities projects, and process improvements.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across the organization to support planning, reporting, and analysis needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in a global technology or enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership and multiple business functions.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Hyperion, Tableau), and presentation tools (PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with IT, Security, Procurement, Facilities, and/or Sales Operations finance preferred.
