About the role

  • Set up, optimize and document processes for collecting and ensuring high-quality HR and personnel data
  • Responsible for CSRD-relevant data collection, validation and provisioning
  • Analyze, cleanse and structure HR and reporting data
  • Develop and further enhance dashboards and analyses (e.g., Power BI)
  • Ensure audit-ready data flows, data logic and documentation
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, Sustainability, operations and IT
  • Serve as point of contact for data-related questions from operations — mostly online, occasionally via on-site visits
  • Identify system and process gaps and proactively initiate improvement measures
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Contribute to the continued development of our HR/reporting system landscape (we work, among others, with AFAS and Numbers)

Requirements

  • Professional experience in an analytical role — whether from HR, Finance, Controlling, Data Analysis, Reporting or Business Analytics
  • Experience working with data structures, system logic and process workflows
  • Strong data affinity, structured working style and a strong commitment to quality
  • Experience with HR-IT or ERP systems (e.g., AFAS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Numbers or similar)
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
  • Confident communicator — both digitally and in person
  • Very good German and English skills required; Dutch is an advantage
