About the role
- Client interface & relationship management: act as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients
- Needs analysis & client satisfaction: identify individual needs and work to ensure satisfaction
- Information & communication management: inform clients about new benefits and opportunities for optimization
- Product development & innovation: evolve the existing benefits portfolio and design tailored programs
- Strategic consulting & system analysis: provide strategic advice to clients and develop future-proof solutions
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management
- Strong customer and service orientation, empathy, a confident presence, and assertiveness
- Experience maintaining long-term client relationships
- Clear, persuasive, and presentation-ready communication — both one-on-one and in front of groups
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style with organizational talent and solid commercial/business know-how
- Business-fluent German and English
- Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
