About the role
- Own end-to-end recruiting across engineering and other key roles including sourcing, screening, designing interview plans, scheduling, and managing candidates
- Build relationships with hiring managers and develop recruiting strategies to hire the best talent for the role in a structured and objective manner
- Develop and promote our top of funnel strategies across sourcing, employer brand, and referrals to help us attract the best talent
- Maintain and analyze recruiting related data in our ATS, Ashby, and report out on hiring progress
- Deliver a best in class candidate experience
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in recruiting with at least 2+ years of experience in an early stage, start-up environment
- Strong experience specifically in sourcing and hiring high caliber technical talent, including senior hires
- Familiarity with using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Ashby preferred
- Strong understanding of recruiting data and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience hiring non-technical roles is a nice to have
