About the role

  • Own HubSpot setup, including managing users, permissions, custom objects, properties, and workflows
  • Assist with integrations with platforms to maintain data integrity and cross-functional visibility
  • Create/schedule emails, build simple workflows, help troubleshoot user issues, pull reports
  • Design, build, and optimize automation, pipelines, and reporting dashboards to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Partner with departmental leaders to define CRM requirements, implement best practices, and ensure consistent adoption of HubSpot across business units
  • Develop and enforce CRM governance, ensuring data quality, standardized processes, and platform scalability
  • Play a key role in transitioning new brands and business units onto HubSpot, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with existing processes
  • Stay up to date with HubSpot releases and CRM best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for platform improvement and new functionality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Progressive experience in marketing or related area
  • Prior hands-on HubSpot experience is essential
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, marketing automation and hold HubSpot certifications
  • Experience assisting with change management and stakeholder alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Strong communication skills to influence and align strategic priorities across teams
