Administration

• Completion of daily administration tasks including (but not limited to) deposits, withdrawals, transfers, fee processes and account maintenance
• Dealing with and responding to routine and complex queries as allocated by Team leader
• Regular interaction and problem solving for Advisers and clients
• Identify and escalate client complaints or expression of dissatisfaction
• Writing Procedures and documenting processes
• Collaboration with other internal teams including Adviser Support, Onboarding, Investment Operations.
• Work with Quality Assurance team to ensure high levels of accuracy and ongoing excellence.
• Contribute positively to the adoption of central Morningstar initiatives eg. OKRs and goal setting
• Ad-hoc project work as directed
• Complete all mandatory training as requested by the business
