About the role

  • Record daily sales and apply client payments accurately in the ERP system.
  • Communicate daily with B2B clients regarding renewal authorizations for phone lines.
  • Reconcile client balances with internal records at month-end.
  • Export and organize marketplace data in the prescribed Excel format.
  • Manage amortization schedules for prepaid expenses and insurance via Google Sheets.
  • Apply payments to device invoices on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Associate to create purchase orders and record receivers.
  • Review Accounts Receivable (AR) ledger for B2B month-end closing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in A&F (mandatory)/Masters or Professional qualification preferred in Finance, or a related field.
  • Must have 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (ERP experience preferred).
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with accounting systems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
