Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own commercial forecast and sales financial insights for the entire business, providing clarity to executive leadership on progress towards long range plan
• Strengthens analytical capabilities to improve accuracy in forecasting overall company volume, sales performance, and digital initiatives.
• Designs analytics to understand key drivers of results leveraging internal and external data
• Develops and maintains reporting for market share across all operator segments, offering valuable insights to Commercial and Field leaders that drive market share performance
• Constructs key messaging for executive and senior leadership on weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
• Drives development of financial plan and strategy for Local and National business as 'go-to' partner for EVP of Field operations and EVP of National Sales/Transformation Office
• Builds the Sales Annual Operating Plan with specific measurable goals and assumptions
• Financial lead for strategic plans around the future of our sales force and supply chain network
• Supports sales optimization efforts that enhance the profitability of our existing distribution network
• Other duties as assigned by manager
