About the role
- Co-create a long-term vision for activity tracking within Oura, including algorithms and new UX experiences that support our members during the workout moment.
- Collaborate with scientists and designers to translate innovative research into user-friendly consumer features.
- Work with the hardware product team to define new sensor and technology needs, as well as opportunities to leverage existing sensors for new features.
- Work with developers to prototype, launch, and iterate on features that help users monitor their health.
- Support the translation of product strategy into clear requirements, acting as a liaison between leadership and your team.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders across the organization to ensure transparency in product development.
- Partner with marketing teams to define strategies for launching new features.
- Analyze data with data scientists to assess feature success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consumer app product management, including defining, building and scaling new features. Consumer health technology is a plus.
- Experience working with data science, AI, or ML principles and their application in product development.
- Familiarity working with hardware and firmware teams to deliver connected software experiences.
- Strong business orientation, cross-functional approach, and communication skills to accelerate development and connect product strategy to business impact.
- Experience building iteratively, applying analytical rigor and using data to inform product decisions.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones
