About the role

  • Manage and monitor accounts receivable end-to-end, including payment reconciliation, dunning, and resolution of open items/disputes
  • Leverage automation and analytics to streamline accounting processes and enhance data analysis
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Data Analytics to automate and optimize workflows and system interfaces
  • Define and track AR KPIs and drive data quality
  • Support month-end and year-end close with a focus on data quality, reconciliations, and process efficiency
  • Play a key role in Finance Automation projects to optimize internal processes and integrations

Requirements

  • Several years of accounting experience, with proven expertise in accounts receivable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
  • Proficient in Excel, including Power Query; SQL and Python are a plus
  • Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and process automation
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to improve financial systems and processes
  • Fluent in both German and English
