About the role

  • You support your experienced colleagues in implementing new processes and solutions for our clients and take responsibility for your own work packages early on
  • You gain theoretical and practical experience in IT Project Management and IT Transformation
  • You independently take on initial project management tasks, applying both traditional and agile methods
  • You actively build client relationships and support your team in sales activities

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed your university studies with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Ideally, you already have some practical experience in project management or consulting
  • You have analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy moderating and presenting
  • You are able to inspire others and enjoy interacting with a variety of clients
  • You are proficient in the MS Office suite
  • You are fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
  • You are willing to travel and comfortable working on-site at client locations
