About the role

  • Conduct in-home, kitchen table presentations to educate and enroll new clients
  • Leverage pre-set, pre-qualified leads to develop your book of business
  • Build genuine relationships and walk clients step-by-step through a critical decision process
  • Focus on one-call closes and delivering value to seniors and families
  • Work within a protected 80-mile territory and manage your book of business
  • Use company CRM and reporting tools; receive support from admin and mentorship
  • Travel to clients' homes and meet face-to-face; manage follow-through and closing

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ proven success in outside/direct-to-consumer/in-home sales
  • Only Experienced Outside Sales Experts with a Proven Track Record
  • Exceptional closing and follow-through skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and time management abilities
  • Tech savvy; familiar with CRM systems and remote reporting
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to meet clients face-to-face
  • Must reside in the state of application
