About the role
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract nursing candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for nursing roles
- Collaborate with TA Recruiters, Hiring Leaders, and HR colleagues
- Conduct outreach and pre-screening of candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday and CRM
- Research new sourcing tools and techniques
- Represent UHS at virtual events and networking opportunities
- Promote UHS’s brand and ensure compliance with recruitment policies
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of sourcing or recruiting Registered Nurses
- Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS/CRM systems
- Exposure to credentialing or licensing processes for clinical roles
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred
