Outside Sales

• Expand existing relationships with end users, contractors, and engineers while building lasting relationships with new accounts.
• Provide engineers and end users a professional level of product promotion/selection, support and follow up to ensure projects are successful and to maximize sales revenue.
• Travel within assigned sales territory; Metro NYC.
• Be self-motivated to set up meetings, product promotion events, and relationship-building activities to maintain frequent contact with your customer base.
• Attend product training seminars and participate in local industry associations and trade shows.
• Travel to represented (manufacturer) companies for training on an as-needed basis.
• Work with end-users with a hands-on approach. This may entail assisting with commissioning new equipment.
• Work with the inside sales staff to provide a managerial role for projects and the management thereof.
• Provide monthly sales reporting including forecasting and insights to current bid activity.
