About the role
- Develop and conceptualize 3D designs for various events, including exhibitions, corporate functions, and experiential marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with event planners, producers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver innovative, experience-driven design solutions
- Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations to effectively communicate design concepts
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance event design
- Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and within budget
Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional experience in 3D design, particularly within the events industry
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and materials used in event production
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing and quality-controlling vendors, as well as mentoring junior team members
- Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3D Max, Blender, or similar); CAD skills are a plus
- Fluency in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
