About the role
- Design and develop high-quality, efficient code using SharePoint, M365 and Azure Cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams, understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
- Perform Code optimization for maximum performance and scalability, perform code reviews.
- Actively explore and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and approaches within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Contribute to process improvement, solution design, and team knowledge sharing beyond pure development tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience including SharePoint Online development – more are welcome.
- Strong experience in developing, deploying, and managing applications on Microsoft Azure and/ or Power Platform.
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to professionalism.
- Proven track of record in meeting project deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong ability to participate and contribute to architectural discussions and decisions (not obligatory).
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices (not obligatory).
- Experienced in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (not obligatory).
- Ability to mentor and guide younger team members, fostering their growth and enhancing overall team performance (not obligatory).
- Certifications in relevant technologies and programming languages (not obligatory).
