About the role

  • Lead and contribute to the architecture, design, development, testing, and maintenance of information systems.
  • Assess, design, prototype, and implement technical solutions that meet key business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on support to ICT project teams in requirements, estimation, development, deployment, and support.
  • Define and maintain the architecture and technology roadmap for SharePoint (Online and Server), Microsoft 365, and Azure.
  • Integrate information systems with third-party tools and other platforms.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and the overall technology roadmap.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable technical fixes.
  • Drive quality and design discussions within the ICT unit.
  • Lead technical and code reviews, manage technical debt, and propose robust alternative solutions.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including architecture designs, maintenance manuals, release notes, and user guides.
  • Implement automation and CI/CD practices for ICT projects.
  • Support secure software development (SSDLC), ensure proper security posture, and assist with security audits.
  • Collaborate with project teams, product owners, and business stakeholders on new features, integrations, and improvements.
  • Work with ICT governance teams to align infrastructure and services with corporate strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field and minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint 2019 and Online, including SPFx, PnP Framework, REST APIs, PowerShell, and migration tools (SPMT, ShareGate, etc.)
  • Previous experience with software development in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API.
  • Advanced work with Web APIs and perform systems’ integrations.
  • Extensive usage of Microsoft Entra ID or integration with identity and access management (IAM) systems, Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps.
  • Previous experience with DevOps best practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Able to work independently in of one or more front-end JavaScript frameworks, such as Vue.js, Angular or React.
  • Previous work with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Previous work with the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
