About the role
- Provide continuous safety observation of patients.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Support patients with activities of daily living, including ambulating, feeding, and repositioning as directed by nursing.
- Engage with patients if appropriate through casual talk and sensory activities.
- Document and communicate all care through reporting with designated staff.
Requirements
- Previous position held in a healthcare setting preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- CPR Certification within 6 months of hire.
